Trainings
A member of the Paris Bar since 2004, Ridha NEFFATI is trained in business law and European business law, and is often called upon to resolve complex and strategic disputes (civil or commercial) through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.
He also advises French and international companies on their infrastructure projects, joint ventures and acquisitions, distribution and licensing agreements, in various sectors including energy and gas, defense, financial services, investment funds, banking and insurance, automotive, cosmetics and real estate.
His international activities draw on his experience as an international lawyer and his international network of correspondents, as well as his involvement in a number of international cases in several regions of the world: Europe, the Gulf States (Saudi Arabia-Emirates-Kuwait), the Maghreb and Africa.
He defends his clients in various international arbitration proceedings, notably before the ICC. He has developed a proven expertise in the enforcement of arbitral awards in the light of immunity from execution issues, as well as in appeals against such awards.
A registered agent in real estate transactions, he also assists his clients in France and abroad with the disposal of their real estate assets or with strategic acquisitions.
He holds a master's degree in business law and a DEA in European law.
He is also a member of the Tunisian Bar, which has enabled him to advise companies in a Franco-Tunisian context for over 20 years.
